ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an Account Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day client partnerships, lead internal teams, and contribute to strategic planning and business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work that meets both creative and strategic objectives within the healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing space.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads day-to-day client communications, managing expectations and proactively addressing challenges
Partners with senior leadership to shape overall strategic marketing direction and ensure alignment with client business objectives
Writes and contributes to creative briefs and strategic plans, clearly articulating goals and communicating them to internal teams
Provides high-level project oversight, ensuring work meets client needs, brand strategy, and quality standards
Supervises and mentors junior team members, offering guidance, feedback, and developmental support
Monitors budgets, scopes, and timelines, identifying and resolving issues efficiently
Builds strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering trust and mutual respect
Identifies growth opportunities within existing accounts and supports efforts to expand business
Encourages critical and creative thinking across the team to anticipate client needs and drive innovative solutions
Works independently while leveraging senior team input to ensure projects stay strategically on course
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field)
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in advertising, marketing, or communications
Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail
Self-starter with initiative and the ability to work independently
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
Experience within pharmaceutical and/or healthcare marketing preferred but not required
