Lucid Global works with global brand teams at big and mid-tier pharmaceuticals and biotech clients to deliver powerful medical communications solutions across the asset lifecycle.
Our other divisions include:
Lucid Consulting brings depth of expertise in the research, development and commercialisation of solutions across therapeutic areas and modalities by streamlining product development, building operational capabilities, innovating, and supporting execution to create value for patients, clients and shareholders.
US MedComms works with both US and Global brand teams to create powerful medical communications solutions for early lifecycle assets.
US Marketing works with clients across the Rx, Medical Device, OTC and Consumer Device categories to deliver compelling communications and promotional solutions to Healthcare Professionals for in-market assets.
ABOUT THE ROLE
A Senior Account Manager is a member of the Client Services Management team responsible for the execution of the client plan in key account(s). They understand their client and are able to articulate the client's request and ensure the team provide high-quality outputs leading to account stability and growth. They are responsible for the financial management of the account(s)
The Client Services team partner with our Medical Writing team and are responsible for the delivery of projects for our clients. The Account Management team work with available in-house expertise such as our creative team but also with third-party suppliers, and provide appropriate direction, ensuring projects exceed client expectations and are delivered to budget.
A Senior Account Manager at Lucid is responsible for:
Understanding the client strategic plan
Building effective internal partnerships with other capabilities to successfully deliver the client plan (medical, project management, creative, strategy, etc)
Executing of client account plan
Account management and performance
Financial management and forecast accuracy at account level
Building and maintaining positive and enduring client relationships across multiple levels
Account performance, recovery and delivering against revenue targets
Representing the client internally
Building strong working relationships with our clients, being an established point of contact and being recognised as an excellent account manager
Building innovative programmes and content
Leading client account status meetings and providing clear direction
Delivering presentation pitches to new clients
Contributing to new business proposals
Running multiple projects autonomously and seamlessly
Establishing optimal ways of working
Highlighting opportunities for new business
Setting standards for the team
Understanding any roadblocks and providing solutions
Ensuring that we exceed all clients’ expectations
They are ambassadors for Lucid Group, helping build the profile and client base of the Company.
Essential skills:
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Analytical and proactive mindset
Experience in meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects
Desirable skills:
Experience within the medcomms/healthcare industry
Experience working on innovative strategic programs for clients
Life Science degree
Experience in building strong client relationships
Experience within an account management role
Experience problem solving and providing solutions
