The Role
The Talent & Learning Coordinator is a core engine room role within the People Team, providing hands on coordination and operational support across Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and broader talent activity. This role is focused on exceptional execution of our talent and learning agenda, with accountability for the rhythm and logistics to ensure quality delivery, and supporting the People Leadership Team to deliver our strategy.
This is a varied, fast paced role suited to someone who enjoys working across disciplines, managing detail, and keeping complex activity moving.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition support including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, onboarding logistics, and support with hiring administration.
Coordination of learning and development activity including program logistics, session scheduling, communications and learner experience support.
Support delivery of talent and performance processes such as talent reviews, promotion cycles and skills-based initiatives.
Maintain accurate data across ATS, HRIS and learning platforms, producing basic reporting and insight as required.
Provide coordination support for DEI related talent initiatives ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication.
Act as a central point of coordination across the Talent and Learning team, supporting planning, prioritisation and follow through.
Continuously improve processes, templates and ways of working to increase efficiency and consistency.
What we’re looking for
Essential
Experience in a coordination, HR, recruitment or learning support role in a fast paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow through.
Hands on experience using an ATS and confidence working across HRIS or people systems.
High attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service oriented mindset.
Desirable
Experience coordinating activity within an LXP or LMS environment.
Exposure to talent review, performance or promotion processes.
Experience supporting DEI related initiatives.
Basic reporting capability and ability to extract people data.

Hybrid working expectation:
This role is based in our Philadelphia Centre City office and requires a regular in office presence of 2 to 3 days per week to support collaboration and delivery.
As a group level role, it includes frequent interaction with UK teams. Candidates must be comfortable flexing working hours when needed to enable effective cross regional collaboration.
