US Marketing works with clients across the Life Sciences and Consumer Health divisions to deliver compelling communications and promotional solutions to Healthcare Professionals for in-market assets.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Strategic Insights Lead to be the day-to-day strategy owner of our Lucid Connected Intelligence work. This role leads problem definition, insight development, and client-ready strategic storytelling using real world healthcare data.
This role will be responsible for turning business questions into clear analytic asks, interpreting results into implications, and translating insights into decision, audiences, messaging direction, and omnichannel pull-through in partnership with Brand Strategy, Execution Strategy, and Media Strategy counterparts across Lucid Group.
Responsibilities
Translating business and communications challenges into analytical questions, hypotheses and data-driven frameworks
Own the core “so what” for LCI workstreams, starting from client objectives and translating them into a sharp set of strategic questions and hypotheses
Design the approach, define what signals matter, determine what “good” looks like, and ensure the work answers the actual business decision, not just the data question
Partner with data science to produce analyse, then lead interpretation, triangulations, and implication development
Build client-ready storylines that connect findings to behavior, barriers, opportunities, and recommended actions
Act as a strategic thought partner to facilitate alignment across stakeholders early, especially when the brief is ambiguous, internally inconsistent, or overly tactical
Supporting client services teams in planning and scoping robust analytics and insight approaches within programmes and campaigns
Contributing to the development of new LCI analytics methodologies, tools, ways of working and help evolve LCI’s strategic product by identifying repeatable use cases and improving how the capability is articulated and sold
Qualifications
4 to 8 years of experience in strategy, insights, consulting, or healthcare marketing strategy, with demonstrated comfort using data as an input to strategy
Knowledge of Global and US healthcare context from clinical, systems and patient perspective
Strong strategic thinking, problem framing, hypothesis development, and synthesis
Proven experience translating analysis into persuasive, client-ready narratives and recommendations
Comfort partnering with technical teammates and enough data manipulation fluency to effectively evaluate methodologies
Digitally literate with an understanding of healthcare communications ecosystems
The ability to produce exceptional quality written and verbal client deliverables
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish credibility and trust with clients and colleagues
Ability to prioritise, manage multiple work streams and operate in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Criteria
Aptitude for business development activities, including identifying opportunities and contributing to proposal development
Familiarity with data science or advanced analytics techniques (e.g. statistical analysis, modelling, segmentation, experimentation)
Working knowledge of data protection practices (GDPR)
