This position is aligned to one of our four divisions:
US Marketing works with clients across the Rx, Medical Device, OTC and Consumer Device categories to deliver compelling communications and promotional solutions to Healthcare Professionals for in-market assets.

Lucid Consulting brings depth of expertise in the research, development and commercialisation of solutions across therapeutic areas and modalities by streamlining product development, building operational capabilities, innovating, and supporting execution to create value for patients, clients and shareholders.
US MedComms works with both US and Global brand teams to create powerful medical communications solutions for early lifecycle assets.
Lucid Global works with global brand teams at big and mid-tier pharmaceuticals and biotech clients to deliver powerful medical communications solutions across the asset lifecycle.
Job Summary
As an Associate Creative Director, you’ll be a key creative contributor and leader within your vertical, helping shape and deliver high-quality, multi-channel campaigns. You’ll work closely with Creative Directors, strategy, and account teams to bring strong ideas to life, while supporting the growth of junior creatives and maintaining high creative standards across projects.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the ideation and development of campaign concepts that are creative, strategically grounded, and aligned with client objectives.
Help translate creative direction into clear, actionable briefs and executions across channels.
Support and mentor junior creatives, providing constructive feedback to elevate craft and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative work aligns with brand strategy, audience insights, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in client presentations, clearly articulating creative thinking and responding thoughtfully to feedback.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry and regulatory guidelines, particularly within healthcare and pharma advertising.
Work closely with project management to help maintain timelines, workflows, and efficient use of resources across projects.
Contribute to the evolution of internal creative processes and ways of working.
Stay informed on industry trends, platforms, and creative best practices to continuously enhance the work.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in a creative role within an advertising, marketing, or integrated agency environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and executional excellence across multiple channels.
Ability to connect creative ideas to strategic and business objectives.
Solid understanding of agency workflows and collaborative project delivery.
Experience supporting or mentoring junior creatives in a team environment.
Confident communicator with experience presenting work internally and to clients.
Comfortable working across a range of media, contributing to integrated campaigns.
Experience in health, wellness, or pharma advertising is a plus, but not required.
