Role Profile
We are looking for Analysts and Senior Analysts to join our Strategy Consulting team. In both roles, you will work in project teams to help solve complex healthcare challenges—analysing data, developing insights and translating strategy into clear, client-ready outputs.
The core responsibilities are shared, with scope, autonomy and leadership expectations increasing at Senior Analyst level. The relevant accountabilities for each level are outlined below.
Key Accountabilities:
Project delivery
Analyst
Participating in the development of project specifications including objectives and scope
Contribute to the team development of issue trees
Distinguishing between ‘critical’ and ‘interesting’ data in problem solving
Designing and building Excel/ quantitative models and interviews/ surveys and reporting tools
Researching, analysing and summarising information to a high quality
Presenting qualitative/ quantitative information effectively
Overall, creating clear, structured, concise written and oral communications
Senior Analyst
Contributes significantly to the approach and creation of project deliverables
Creates high-quality outputs, client ready in terms of presentation (visual, format, QC etc.)
Begins to work more autonomously on project delivery tasks
Utilises time efficiently to deliver outputs
Participates in the development of project specifications including objectives and scope
Demonstrates excellence in the usage of tools and frameworks
Creates graphics or frameworks to illustrate the outcome of analysis or strategic directions (guided via consultant or manager)
Identifies logical gaps and overlaps in issue trees
Demonstrates determination and applies creativity in identifying and analysing data
Selects appropriate consulting approaches and frameworks for problem solving
Supports the generation of insights from research and analyses – identifies the implications, the 'so what', from data gathering/ analysis
Interrogates complex scientific and clinical data, clinical practices and healthcare system inputs to assimilate clinical and commercial strategies
Presents qualitative/ quantitative information effectively
Overall, creating clear, structured, concise written and oral communications
Project and team management
Analyst
Providing input to project plan development
Providing proactive support to team members in execution of their project responsibilities
Proactively identifies risks to project delivery related to own workload and raises them with associated resolution actions to Project Manager
Under guidance of a Senior Analyst / Consultant:
Perform budget tracking
Create project status reports
Proactively supporting team members and colleagues
Work as a team player
Contribute to team morale
Demonstrate commitment, good work-ethic and diligence
Senior Analyst
Develops realistic project plans with associated roles and responsibilities
Proactively identifies risks to project delivery related to own workload and raises them with associated resolution actions to Project Manager
Perform budget tracking
Create project status reports
Proactively supporting team members and colleagues
Begins to guide more junior members of the team where appropriate
Work as a team player
Contribute to team morale
Demonstrate commitment, good work-ethic and diligence
Additional responsibilities
Analyst

Proficiency using tools to support the estimation of resourcing
Beginning to build rapport with client colleagues
Senior Analyst
Participating in the development of proposals

Builds rapport/ relationships with client colleagues
Actively strengthens and builds personal networks
What We're Looking For:
Essential skills (both levels)
A degree in a scientific, medical or life sciences field
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish credibility and trust with clients and colleagues
The ability to produce exceptional quality written and verbal client deliverables
The ability to think strategically and problem solve
Strong MS Office communication tools – high proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word, familiarity with MS Excel
Additional experience expected at Senior Analyst level
The ability to understand and assimilate complex scientific and clinical data/inputs
Knowledge of Global and US healthcare context from clinical, systems and patient perspective
Desirable skills (both levels)
Experience in a client-facing consulting position or similar role within the pharmaceutical/health sector
Aptitude for business development activities, including identifying opportunities and contributing to proposal development
High proficiency in MS Excel
