Job Summary
The Account Supervisor leads day to day client relationships, drives strategic and tactical delivery, and ensures high quality execution across projects. This role acts as the main client partner, guiding internal teams, shaping briefs, and proactively managing scope, budget, and timelines. You’ll bring strong pharma experience, confidence in leading cross functional teams, and the ability to anticipate needs and create solutions that move work forward.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client contact and manage ongoing communication, expectations, and alignment
- Lead development of briefs and project plans, ensuring clear goals, responsibilities, and success measures
- Translate client needs into actionable direction for internal teams
- Oversee prioritization across workstreams and ensure resources are aligned appropriately
- Monitor scope, budgets, and timelines; identify risks early and drive resolution
- Guide teams to deliver smart, creative, and strategically sound work
- Apply proactive, solution focused thinking; recommend new approaches or opportunities
- Support junior team development through coaching, feedback, and delegation
Qualifications/skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare communications
- Strong strategic, communication, and client relationship skills
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and motivate others
- Comfortable working independently with strong ownership and accountability
- Highly organized, action oriented, and efficient with time and priorities
- Shows initiative, resourcefulness, and a problem solving mindset
