ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Consultant, you will play a key role in the delivery of strategic consulting projects, supporting research, analysis, and insight development. You will work collaboratively within project teams to develop high-quality deliverables and begin to build direct client relationships.
Note: We are specifically seeking individuals with life sciences strategy experience. Applications from candidates with generic consulting backgrounds (e.g., financial services, public sector, IT) without relevant pharma/biotech exposure will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct secondary research and primary interviews to inform strategic hypotheses
- Analyse and synthesise data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Support the development of client presentations and project deliverables
- Contribute to client workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Work closely with project managers to ensure delivery quality and timeliness
- Begin developing core consulting capabilities and industry knowledge
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–7 years of experience in consulting within the life sciences sector
- Exposure to life sciences strategy, commercialisation, or market dynamics
- Familiarity with common industry data sources and frameworks
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Degree in life sciences or equivalent field
